Order not received
I ordered a report/s from the Astrology Store but haven’t received my order
Reports can take up to 48 hours to be prepared and sent. Please check your junk email folder as sometimes orders automatically end up there. If you still have not received the report please send us an email at [email protected]
I ordered a reading/consultation from the Astrology Store but haven’t heard back
You will be contacted personally for a private face to face or telephone reading. Double-check your phone number details if you are waiting after 48 hours. We will email you if contact can’t be made.
My credit card was charged twice
Sometimes the payment gateway is triggered twice by our own error and is not intentional. Let us know and we will refund you the amount erroneously debited immediately. Email us here [email protected]
