Psychology Behind How We Eat Food

default_banner_astrolog

Psychology Behind How We Eat FoodWhat affects your diet? Is it just what you eat or also on how you eat, the choice of utensil you use. What can influence the taste of food you eat? Coined as new frontier of medicine known as environmental psychology, basically accepting that environment affects our sensory perception whether touch, sight, sound and taste.

A recent study shows that tableware affects our perception with food we eat. The experiment was designed to investigate the factors how the taste of food is affected, whether it’s on human body reaction or the wares used. Considered were the visual and neural properties of the cutlery.

Oxford University conducted research with the colour, properties and size of cutlery. Researchers sampled yoghurt using different spoons. Participants has to rate the taste majority says that yogurt tastes more filling and dense tasting using lightweight spoon compared from heavier plastic spoon. The sampling also found that colour of spoon influence the taste, yoghurt is sweeter when eaten with a light-coloured spoon than eaten off black spoon. Pink yoghurt when on blue spoon, it tastes saltier and not so sweet when on white spoon, factor would be the aesthetic of colour is less inviting. Interestingly, the contrast affected the taste of the food, concluding that less contrast between the food and utensils made the yoghurt sweeter.

Same findings came out with the recent European research if the colour of cup can affect the drink tastes. Afore University and Polytechnic University of Valencia found that chocolate on an orange or cream cup tastes better over white or red cup.

Another has something to do with the size of utensil. In 1856 when the Delboeuf Effect was first documented where in most people perceive that the dark circle in the middle is bigger than of the other, but the truth is they are in the same size. Same as for long time we’ve known that on bigger plate we eat more, especially with children.

Apparently, it shows that the colour, size, aesthetics and properties of cutlery have impact with our food taste. These results show the complexity of perceiving tastes than just spoon preference.

On the other hand, “this may be used to help control eating patterns, portion size or salt amount added to food,” coined Dr. Vanessa Harrar, lead author of the study.

People may even have better food choices with the colour associated on advertisements. A good thought to losing weight too. This is the toughest thing we can do for our body physically and psychology.

Astrology and Fertility

default_banner_astrolog

astrology-and-pregnancyMany women are interested in the effects of the Moon on their monthly cycle. We are again presenting a piece on Fertility and astrology for you…. Don’t let your Moon phase you, especially when it comes to gaining an insight into your sexual and reproductive cycles. Astrologer Dadhichi Toth looks at fertility and its connection to Astrology. Pregnancy!

The word will either melt your heart or terrify the living daylights out of you. It all depends on which way you look at it. You’re either ready to give into your body clock’s demands or perhaps continue playing it safe. But how safe is safe’. For a lot of women, the exact time of ovulation and the different stages of the menstrual cycle are intuitively or physically felt by them. Others are not as sensitive and can even find themselves in the awkward position of having to terminate an unwanted pregnancy – all because they weren’t sure how fertile or at what point in their cycle they were. Wouldn’t it be great if there was some way of tuning into your own personal sexual and reproductive cycle’ Imagine knowing beforehand your fertile or safe dates’

Well, astrology has long held that fertility and the Moon both share a 28-day cycle. And it’s not simply a coincidence. Just as farmers have applied their knowledge of lunar phases to the planting of seeds and harvesting of crops, so too can the more lusty seeds of human destiny be sown, keeping in mind your ovulation and lunar rhythm. These bio-lunar cycles have been shown to be highly effective in birth control and family planning. However, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the hard and fast routine of city living. Everyday pressures of work, money and social life increasingly disconnect you from your natural biological rhythms.

The Female Cycle

Your feminine, albeit, primitive cycle is subtly linked to the Moon’s phases and offers an invaluable insight into yourself. This requires a conscious re-connection with what the ancient astrologers called – The Goddess Within. This can empower you and help you better manage your relationships and life generally. This astrological factor is also a vital key to understanding why some women appear to be more fertile, yet at times, even when ovulation occurs and conception is desirable, just don’t fall pregnant. This at first appears to be a mystery. But let’s take a closer look and see whether there is in fact a natural, possibly more astrological association.

Fine tuning your sexuality and fertility by the Moon The period of a lunar cycle is more precisely 29.53 days and this is constant for everyone. You may be born during any of the lunar phases below. The key point is that when the Moon returns to its birth position each month it is called your Lunar Return. This position of the Moon at your birth time is the basis for establishing a personal Lunar calendar. Your own cycle is unique even if you may have your period at the same time as a friend. It’s by finding this initial lunar position that you can begin synchronising your cycle with that of the Moon. Because the cycle follows a regular pattern monthly, it can be seen in advance and utilised to your own benefit. By getting hold of your birth Moon position, it’s relatively easy to check your ovulation cycle against what is happening in the stars.

If you don’t know your Moon position, have your astrologer prepare your Lunar phase map. Just as you’ll observe that pregnancy occurs during a certain point in your cycle, there are points in the lunar cycle that are more “fertile”. There is a general rule of thumb which very simply sums up the issue of fertility and the likelihood of conception ie – that pregnancy is most likely to occur when ovulation and Lunar return coincide. Use this principle as a reliable pointer. It does seem to reflect more likely conception times. So, if you definitely do not want children, hedge your bets and play it safe.

Always assume that even when you don’t ovulate on your Lunar return, you are more likely to conceive. You might ask “I use the pill anyhow and that is 99.9% effective. So why do I need to know all this'”. Well, some women prefer to use alternatives to the Pill which are chemical-hormonal, especially over long periods of time. This allows them to maximise the “contraceptive” efficacy of say, condoms or other contraceptive devices, by preferably being active around the cycle of least fertility!

Pregnancy and sex determination of your child

Even without knowledge of your personal lunar cycle, there are your everyday variety of lunar returns which can be considered, especially if you’re making love in an attempt to fall pregnant. Astrologers have declared that certain times during the cosmic calendar are more favourable than others for producing healthy, intelligent and “lucky” children. Just as you’ll observe pregnancy occurring during certain points in the menstrual cycle, points in the lunar cycle that are more “fertile”.

Broadly speaking, we can divide the Moon’s cycle into four quarters.

The first quarter or New Moon Phase when the Moon coincides with the Sun. Astrologers refer to this New Moon as a period of beginnings and as such this particular phase reflects conception, birth and creativity. This phase of the Moon is the most important one and has marked connections with your own personal ovulation and reproductive processes.

Second quarter or Waxing Phase during the time when it is moving away from conjunction with the Sun and starts to grow in intensity. It is otherwise called a waxing Moon and represents the energy that shapes life forces into form.

Third quarter or Full Moon Phase is when the Moon reaches its maximum size and brilliance. This period symbolises culmination of growth and maturity of life forms in nature.

Fourth Quarter or Waning Phase is the darkening phase where again the Moon approaches the Sun. It is an inward and meditative stage where release and letting go seem to be the key issues being reflected.

First and foremost, a child should be conceived during an act of love, not simply as a result of hot and steamy passion. Conception could ideally take place anywhere between the 4th and 16th day from the commencement of your period.

The 4th, 6th 8th 12th 14th or 16th days, that is, the even dates are said to result in the birth of a male. Alternatively, conception happening on the odd days of the 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th 13th and 15th days result in female births.

The 10th, 12th and 15th and 16th are considered very positive in respect of producing fine children – if that’s what you have in mind. Some eastern traditions are very adamant about avoiding sex for procreative purposes around the Full Moon and eclipses. Children born as a result of these conception times may be adversely affected in terms of physical appearance and their emotional-mental equilibrium.

For a lot of women the cycle is not always 28 days.

* If your cycle is a short cycle the coinciding of the Lunar return and ovulation cycle will usually take place a couple of times a year

* If your cycle is a normal 28-30 day one, your Ovu-lunar peak will not occur quite as often but will repeat for 2 or even three months running.

* If your cycle is around 31-33 days long then you will find that it may take up to two years for your ovu-lunar peak to kick in

* Women with even longer cycles of 34 or 35 days can expect a similar result to their short cycling cousins By knowing your fertile periods and the lunar patterns you can optimise those dates, especially if you want to fall pregnant and don’t want to wait another two years for the next best opportunity.

Permaculture: Sustainable Living by Ed Harrison

default_banner_astrolog

Permaculture: Sustainable Living by Ed HarrisonIn the modern world, we face great challenges. The growth of our civilisation has brought us to the brink of ecological crisis, a social structure based on hierarchy and dependency brings increasing conflict and suffering every day, and we are seeing an escalation of a wide variety of health problems. How did we get here?

Before agriculture, humans were nomadic and had a relationship with nature in which they understood that the Earth sustained them. There was no “wild” \ “wilderness”. Nature was not something to be isolated from. It was their home, and they were a functional part of the ecosystem. At some point, over 10,000 years ago by some estimates, people discovered a new kind of relationship with nature.

Some archaeological monuments have been discovered which appear to predate agriculture, which suggests that perhaps people with shared cultural interests, such as spiritual beliefs and a desire to venerate deities, gathered in ever increasing number to attempt ever larger and more time-consuming construction projects. This may have been one of the catalysts for people to settle in one place for long periods of time, and to produce and store a surplus of food. Whatever the reason, cultivating grain in fields allowed them to do this.

With many people provided for who did not have to gather their own food, conditions were ideal for population growth, and the settled communities probably expanded rapidly. This new approach to living had many new and unique challenges as well. Who would control the distribution of the surplus grain? Who would prevent it from being stolen? Here we see the origin of hierarchical class separation. We see our disconnect from nature born in the need to defend the plantation from hungry animals. We also see the potential for famine to appear, as large numbers of settled people become dependent on few sources of food, which may suffer a bad season.

Many, many years later, this model has led us to our current predicament. Civilisation has been an amazing evolutionary journey, but it poses us serious challenges and an absolute need for a shift in trajectory. So what are the solutions?

“All the world’s problems can be solved in a garden.” -Geoff Lawton

Permaculture is a kind of ecological design, and an alternative to traditional agriculture. It has an ethical foundation, valuing care for the Earth and care for people equally. It recognises our fundamental dependence on the health of nature and aims to restores a symbiotic relationship with it. Most importantly, it works.

The core tenets of permaculture are “Care of the Earth”, “Care of the people”, and “Return of surplus” (using surplus produce and waste to maintain the health of the system, thus helping uphold the first two tenets). As well as being an ideology with which to approach nature, it offers tried and proven techniques, based on observation of natural systems, for things such as water conservation, synergistic plant groupings and natural self-balancing of pests. It aims always to maximise efficiency, minimise effort, and practically eliminate unused waste. A sustainable “food forest” can be grown virtually anywhere without the need for compromises such as pesticides and synthetic fertilisers and can be sustained without the need for importing seeds.

Permaculture goes beyond conservation of the environment. It is an approach to environmental transformation and restoration with which we can restore the natural resources we have been depleting. We can live in a way that is constructive, rather than destructive, for biodiversity, and even the atmosphere and climate. By moving towards smaller-scale and more localised food production, we can remove the need for environmentally and financially expensive transportation of goods, and the need for long-term storage and preservatives which degrade the quality of food. By becoming involved with sustaining our local environment, our communities are strengthened and empowered.

We don’t need to see a cataclysmic ‘destruction’ of civilisation for these principles to be enacted, either. Cities offer many presently ignored opportunities, such as high concentrations of nutrient-rich waste. We don’t need new technologies or scientific understanding to pull this off. Nature itself is the most advanced technology on the planet and is equipped to deal with these problems. There is now, with permaculture, renewed recognition and knowledge of how it can be applied.

Many people talk about a shift in consciousness which will transform human society and solve the problems of the modern world. Permaculture must be its first great manifestation. We have waited long enough for something to save us, be it new breakthroughs in science, a messiah or our politicians. The reality is, we are not powerless. There is something any one of us can do, even if on a small-scale, to connect with nature and move this timely revolution along. There is a wealth of information about permaculture online. Nature is, and has, everything we need. She’s been waiting for us to realise it, and to come home.

The Worst Of Times: Astrology And Times of Crisis

default_banner_astrolog

Know about The Worst Of Times: Astrology And Times of Crisis…

The Worst Of Times: Astrology And Times of CrisisThere are two kinds of crises that can occur in our lives: those related to our spiritual development, which may mirror the crises in the world around us, and the more mundane variety. The latter may spur the former, but in the meanwhile we must learn to live with whatever we have been given, whether that’s job loss, addiction, or even the death of a loved one. It’s difficult to learn from these situations when we’re in the midst of
them, but self knowledge can help us turn tragedies into our greatest triumphs. As with anything that requires an understanding of ourselves and our lives, astrology can be of help during these difficult times.

The Trials of Unemployment

Job loss can be a crushing blow to the ego, even for the very wealthy. When financial trouble is factored into the equation, unemployment can become overwhelming, spurring feelings of helplessness and self-doubt. Astrology is one way of regaining control.

After being fired, give yourself a short time to react freely – a few days, or a week – and then investigate what astrological influences may have played a part in your departure. (It’s often worthwhile to look at month-long overviews, rather than daily reports, as job loss is often a long while in coming.) Meditate on this information; what does it say
about you, your former workplace, and your prospects? It’s critical to be kind, yet honest, with ourselves. However, don’t be confused if the reports indicate that this should have been a “lucky” period for you – remember that you don’t yet know what the future holds, and your next opportunity might be a step up from your last!

Regularly  considering celestial influences can also be a boon while job-hunting. Clarity during interviews is always a good idea, but it becomes even more important during periods which interfere with communication. Many job offers also come about through luck or coincidence, two easily-influenced  states of being. By keeping yourself primed for serendipity, you might just increase your chances of moving on to the next stage of your
working life.

Struggling With Addiction

Addiction can be devastating, both for the addicted person and the people around them. People with addictions are often resist the realization that they need help to overcome their struggle, and – once again – there can often be debilitating feelings of shame and helplessness on all sides. In this case, the most helpful astrological course may be to have a detailed natal chart drawn up by a professional. Addictions are a lifelong struggle, and many facets of an addictive personality can be unravelled through an understanding of one’s birth chart, shedding insight into how to counteract these traits.

During recovery, daily readings may also aid in the effort, giving warning of potential difficulties and providing a way to chart some of the highs and lows of rehabilitation. However, it does bear saying that addiction, like all illnesses, cannot be helped by astrology alone. Many involve physical dependencies, and healthy withdrawal may require the help of a qualified facility. One Missouri-based alcohol rehabilitation site notes that “The detoxification process washes the alcohol from the body in a measured fashion, thus minimizing the issues of going through alcohol detox too quickly. A medical professional can also administer anti-anxiety medication or painkillers to remove the withdrawal symptoms that spring from detoxification.” For those unsure of where to turn, addiction support lines are available.

Beyond The Pick-Up Line: Practical Astrology For Your Love Life

default_banner_astrolog

What’s Beyond The Pick-Up Line: Practical Astrology For Your Love Life means?

Beyond The Pick-Up Line: Practical Astrology For Your Love LifeUsing the power of astrology to predict and understand your love life can be a powerful tool, but too much pop culture scorn has given it the whiff of shame for some people. It’s important to remember that the astrology of love isn’t a “what’s your sign, baby” pick-up line; it’s a sophisticated system which emphasises personal agency and your ability to take control of your own life. To truly be in control of a situation we have to understand it first, and astrology is one way to reach that level of understanding. By delving deeper than the surface compatibility between signs, it’s possible to examine everything from whether a new flame is right for you to why you’re having petty arguments with the love of your life.

Start With Yourself

The Oracle at Delphi said to “know thyself”, and this command is the starting point for any real insight into your love life. Surface astrology is all about generalisations; the key to really making it work is to understand how it applies to one individual: you. Having your birth chart done is a good first step, at which point any reputable astrologer would have explained the significance of every element to you. If nobody did, seek out someone new to speak to about it so that you know what you’re working from. Once you have that grounding, try looking into your life to see the astrological influences working on you. It’s easy to say that you blew up at your partner because of celestial influences, but harder to look at and accept the chain of events those influences caused.

Look Deeper

If you’re here, it’s likely that you’re familiar with the more intricate patterns of astrology which can have deep, though subtle, impacts on your life. These are particularly important when dealing with your love life. The beginning of a relationship hinges on possibility, while established relationships can become unexamined, and both of these states are easily influenced. If someone has just caught your eye, it can be informative to research what the celestial mood of the moment is, as well as its effects on you and your potential new flame. Sometimes the answer to your question is surrounded by blinking lights, but usually it takes a little more digging to understand what should be applied to your current situation. This is also true of examining astrology’s effects on an established relationship, since the status quo can dominate and erase certain signs; if you find yourself saying “but nothing’s different!”, take a deep breath and really consider what’s going on.

Involve Your Partner

Whether or not your partner has shown an interest, it’s possible to enlist their help in using astrology to better both of your lives. Bring any concerns to their attention with an attitude of honesty and openness – this can be frightening, but talking around problems rarely solves anything. Focus on your own perception of their actions, as well as yours, since assigning motives and thoughts can block their opportunity to really examine themselves. If your partner is skeptical about astrology, use whatever approach you think would be best. However, if they’re open to understanding more, consider printing out some information for them; the focus of your discussion should be on the “what”, but the information might help them understand the “why”.

Remember to Stay Grounded

Finally, it’s important to stay grounded in the physical world even when using astrology in your love life. If you or your partner is behaving very erratically, or if the problem is physical, it’s possible that medical intervention may be required to bring things back to normal. Severe personality changes can be a symptom of several disorders, so consider speaking to your loved one about having things checked out if the changes have been extreme. Problems both in and out of the bedroom can also be caused by sexual dysfunction, particularly if you or your partner does not feel safe or comfortable talking about it. If you suspect this may be the case, create an atmosphere of love and acceptance with your partner and give them the opportunity to speak without shame – bodies sometimes fail us, and using sexual dysfunction medication to restore a wonderful love life should be celebrated.

All, the Fractal I by Ed Harrison

default_banner_astrolog
All, the Fractal I by Ed HarrisonThroughout the ages, and in the present day, among the wide variety of experiences, literature and cultural beliefs on the subject of spirituality, an idea commonly appears which offers a striking perspective on the nature of our reality: The idea of unity, “oneness”. The idea that we are all connected, that everything in existence is one. It is a foundation of eastern systems of spirituality such as Buddhism, as well as western esoteric traditions such as Hermeticism.Western science is one ongoing attempt to explain the nature of reality, and the most prevalent story it has told of how everything came to be, the ‘big picture’ it has painted in millions of modern minds, begins with the Big Bang. Due to the apparent expansion of our universe, the theory infers that all energy (and matter, which is a configuration of energy) emanated from a single point of origin. This source, containing all the energy of the universe in a timeless and formless state, having infinite density yet no volume, is known as the singularity. According to the theory, space-time itself emanates from this singularity. It exists beyond space and time and is the precondition for the first activity in the universe – the explosive release of energy referred to as the Big Bang. This has some startling implications. What does it mean to be beyond time and space? If the singularity is beyond the limitations of time then we can’t think of it as an event which occurred before or after anything, with a beginning or an end. We are challenged to think of it as eternal, ever-present in the now. Similarly, if the singularity is beyond the limitations of space then we can’t think of it as existing in one location and not another, but are challenged to consider it omnipresent, everywhere at once. Infinite, eternal, omnipresent, the source of everything… These are all characteristics typical of religious descriptions of God. The singularity also exhibits the concept of unity mentioned earlier, as it is the condition in which which everything that exists is together, unified in a formless and timeless state. The gap between a typical scientific conception of the singularity and a spiritual conception of unity hinges on one subject: Consciousness. It has been the inclination of western science to suppose that consciousness is nothing more than an emergent property of brain activity, a by-product of our physiology. On the other hand, a spiritually oriented perspective suggests that consciousness, mind, is primary and fundamental. From this perspective the singularity (the unified all) is itself consciousness, and all it’s emanations, including our universe and everything in it, are essentially expressions of imagination, like thoughts or dreams. From this perspective, there is only one consciousness – the same observer is looking out your eyes as mine – and the experience of limited individual identities is simply a product of what can and cannot be observed and remembered from each unique vantage point in space-time.

Fractal Love

Putting the issue of consciousness aside for a moment, there is a concept in mathematics which can help us understand the way reality unfolds from the singularity. When considering how complexity can arise and grow out of a formless state like the singularity, we may wonder just where that complexity is coming from. A fractal is a shape generated by repeated iterations of a single mathematical formula, which contains infinite complexity. This means that, for instance, you can zoom in forever on any point on the shape and continue to discover more complex detail. Since computers make fractals relatively easy to calculate, you can find many wonderful examples of this on youtube. Because all the complexity is based on a single process, fractals exhibit the quality of ‘self-similarity’, in which the features of the shape repeat on different scales. A simple example of fractality and self-similarity in nature is a tree. The trunk divides into branches. Each branch, resembling the whole tree, divides into smaller branches. Each small branch, resembling the larger branches, and the tree, divides into twigs, which divide into leaves, and even the leaves themselves have a vein structure which resembles the tree structure. So we can see that great complexity can arise from the repetition of a single branching process. The process of the unified singularity dividing into duality, and into further complexity, is just like the process of cell mitosis which leads to the growth of complex organisms. In fact, the idea is that cell mitosis, like every other process by which complexity arises in the universe, is a fractal continuation of a single primordial process.

Manfred Clynes, in his study of ‘sentics’, and other researchers who have taken cues from his work, have indicated a correlation between the emotion of love and the “golden ratio” (a ratio of 1 to Phi, approximately 1.6180339887498948482…). The ratio exhibits (and is the foundation of) perfect fractality, a fact which can be demonstrated when we divide a line at the golden ratio and observe that the ratio between the length of the short and long sections is the same as the ratio between the length of the long section and the whole line. It is interesting to note that plants distribute their branching (for instance the orientation of leaves on a stem) according to the Fibonacci sequence, whose number pairs approach the golden ratio ever more precisely as the numbers get higher. Plants appear to do this because such an arrangement optimizes the sharing of sunlight (minimum overlap\shadow), which hint at Phi’s special and optimum properties. Phi and the Fibonacci sequence appear to be fundamental to the structure of all life.

This “perfect sharing” property of Phi can also be shown when studying wave interference, and it appears that waves with a frequency relationship of Phi produce the minimum possible cancellation (destructive interference) during the interaction of the two waveforms. Researcher Dan Winter proposes that waves in a Phi relationship actually produce constructive interference, meaning their interaction has creative rather than destructive results. It produces a ‘multiplication’ of the waves, which is another interesting analogy to our conception of love. He shows that the ‘perfect sharing’ aspect of the Phi ratio allows structures based on it to perfectly fit\embed within themselves fractally, allowing waves to implosively collapse infinitely, into the singularity. This provides an explanation for the cause and mechanism of gravity, and is the solution to Einstein’s “perfect compression” problem.

He proposes that it is also the cause of consciousness, since the collapse of waves toward the singularity is the nature of the “point” of focus\attention. The singularity is the observer which is receiving the incoming information\waves collapsing into it. He and a number of other researchers have also shown, through EEG and EKG biofeedback, that states of love and bliss produce harmonics at a ratio of Phi in spectrum analyses of those signals, and that Phi relationships between the signals from the heart and brain represent states of optimum emotional coherence. It appears that achieving an emotional and mental state in which we optimize our ‘fractality’ makes us most conscious and most open to connect with our source and our unity with all things.

Just as leaves on a stem arranged in golden ratio angles create the least overlap\shadowing which would block sunlight, we can strive for a kind of fractal optimization of our own state of being, producing the least emotional resistance (fear) and the most openness to connect. This state, in which we fully embrace without resistance, is love. This idea offers a foundational explanation of the spiritual path – the reason why love, acceptance and compassion allow us greater spiritual connectivity and the experience and recognition of unity. It is the reason practices like meditation and yoga, in which we learn to release our mental and physical resistance and tension, are powerful spiritual tools.

A ‘fractal universe’ perspective offers an interesting take on astrology as well. As everything in the universe is fundamentally one, everything we observe in reality is a reflection of ourselves. Being a fractal, the structure repeats on different scales, from the atom, to the cell, to the human body, to the planet, to the solar system, galaxy, and so on, and each is a fractal reflection of the whole and of each other. Rather than thinking of the planets as distant and separate objects which project some kind of influence on us through radiating waves of energy, we are encouraged to think of the solar system as a fractal or symbolic mirror of our own mind and body. By observing the changing relationships and processes occurring among the planets, we can learn something about the processes operating within our mind and body. This concept is expressed in the well-known Hermetic axiom, “As above, so below; as below, so above.”

The Primordial Pulse

What, then, is the fundamental structure, process or characteristic that is being fractally reflected throughout creation? What is the symbolic key to all structure in the universe? The Hindu philosophy ‘Kashmir Shaivism’, also known as Hindu Tantra, speaks of a concept called Spanda. Spanda is described as the original vibration or oscillation which arises from the interplay between the creative and passive polarities of the singularity. If the singularity is consciousness, consider that this consciousness has the ability to perceive as well as exert creative intention or will. Input and output. A repeated oscillation between these two states is like a vibration or sine wave. An eternal tone from which everything emanates, and which everything reflects. Reflections of this oscillation, on different scales, are overlayed to produce all the complexity which exists. An interesting piece of mathematical evidence for this is the Fourier transform, which proves that all complex signals can be produced by overlaying unchanging sine waves of different frequencies and amplitudes. Thus, overlapping reflections of a single oscillation are all that is required to produce any complex form which can exist. In this oscillation, the receptive state in which consciousness perceives is a state of passivity. As it becomes active and exerts creative intention, it is no longer receptive. Like love, the passive and perceptive state is one which embraces without resistance, while the exertion of will is the polar opposite. It is a response to resistance, a kind of rejection of the current state and an action to create change. This input\output duality is reflected in all dualities in creation, including the negative and positive poles of magnetism, femininity and masculinity, darkness and light, imagination and intellect, cooperation and competitivity, implosion and explosion, love and fear, and good and evil. The Big Bang is only half the story, representing the expansive part of the cycle. What we see from the structure of magnetic fields, for instance, is that energy is being both emitted and sucked back into the singularity, in a kind of toroid shape which is perpetually turning inside out.The oscillation plays out on every different scale, so we can expect to see it represented in our lives and in the story of human history as well. While we are in the masculine part of the cycle, experiencing fear and resistance and exerting our will to effect change, great transformation and creation will occur, but eventually, due to our blindness in this state, our lack of perception of our fundamental unity, this transformation will bring about crisis, at which time we turn the corner, cross the horizon threshold, and start turning our trajectory back towards source. We will begin to let go of our resistance and fear, and embrace with love, allowing us to rediscover our spiritual selves and true unity as projections of the one singularity. Perhaps this is the threshold we are passing through right now as a species, and if that is the case, we have glorious times ahead. So, from the fractal perspective we can begin to recognize the fundamental patterns occurring in the world around us and make more sense of what once seemed to be random complexity. We can achieve a much greater understanding of where we are as individuals, and as a species. The most powerful tool we have to understand the world may turn out to be symbolic awareness, which allows us to recognize self-similar patterns in the fractal. Coming to recognize one’s own consciousness to be the single, eternal consciousness which is creating and experiencing all things, is possibly the most powerfully transformative shift in perspective a person can experience. With an eye on our source and our unity with all things, we can let go of our fear of mortality and all the associated self-imposed limitations, and begin once again to truly enjoy the dance of life.

Love and Sexual Secrets Revealed in your Face by Dadhichi Toth…Know more here!

Love and Sexual Secrets Revealed in your Face by Dadhichi TothThe art of face reading is a great way to understand yourself and others. That is what it seems to be all about. Whether you’re in business , a homemaker or even a priest at the local parish church, the name of the game is life and of course, relationship. So often our first impressions about others are dead wrong. We feel so confident that a person is ‘right’ only to find, sometimes within a matter of weeks even, that we were completely off the mark.

Broadly speaking, people fall into four temperamental categories – the intellectual, emotionalphysical and practical. Getting a personality snapshot first by studying the shape of your new friend’s face isn’t really all that difficult. Once you’ve learned a few basics about what face shapes actually reveal about our inner motivations and personalities, you’ll start to become fascinated at the umpteen varieties of humans. Face readers believe that face markings too are our minds’ etching of life experiences on our faces with the passing of time.

If you like the intellectual type they’re recognisable by their thin wiry frame. The face resembles an inverted triangle or pear shape. These types are mentally active, deductive and energetic but may lack stamina and so burn themselves out quickly. Princess Dianna slotted into this category.

The intellectual types must learn the art of pacing themselves to maximise their energy reserves. They may think too much and oscillate in their opinions. In matters of love and sex, the intellectual type is just that. They may rationalise and discuss their feelings and interactions. Because they are communicative by nature, the bedroom may become a forum for many discussions about relationship and what their partners “think” about love. The trick with this type is getting them to transcend the rational process and “feel” the emotion. Somewhere beyond the layers of intellect is a feeling human being. If you’re not into running commentaries or D & M’s during love making stay away from these types.

If your preference is for the emotional type then keep your eye out for the fleshier looking amongst us who are often recognised by their round “moon faces”. He mightn’t look like Schwarzenegger but he’ll definitely be sensual, have a well formed chest, large eyes and thick hair. This type is emotional, sensitive and caring. Their minds are great at absorbing information and they have a great memory. You have to admit for example, that Danny De Vito does have that ” come on – cuddle me look “.

The hearts of the emotional types may rule their heads but in matters of family life and marriage they excel. Even the males in this category will exhibit a certain femininity. That makes them popular with the opposite sex but not necessarily flirtatious. So if this is the type you are attracted to, don’t read too much into it. Moon shaped types are very loyal as a rule and make excellent providers for the family, love their children and are expressive of their feelings. Intuition is often pronounced in their case.

Unless you’re full of boundless energy the sporting fire type or physical temperament may leave you for dead in the bedroom. Better get a trainer right now and build up your stamina. They are usually well built, muscular and energetic. These are the guys that a lot of the younger ladies naturally go for. They are noticed by their thickset physique. They have a distinctly square shaped face and are called ligamentous types ( meaning the muscles and ligaments are developed ).

The fire type is pushy, bold, active, aggressive, ambitious and dominating. You may be intimidated by this type but you will always know where you stand with them. If vanity doesn’t sit well with you, then maybe the fiery muscular type is not for you. They like to feel good about themselves and need a lot of ego boosting to keep them interested… and amenable to any opposing views. Often heated debate is their way of letting off excess steam, which their gym workout may not have succeeded in doing, so doesn’t take the fire and brimstone too personally. Be prepared to take risks with the fire type. They are not only energetic in physical matters but in business and life generally. Nothing stays still with them- so if rigid security is what you’re after, avoid the fire type.

The practical or mesomorphic temperament’s structure is heavy boned with an oblong shaped face. They are persevering, methodical and rather materialistic individuals. There is a tendency to overwork and a striving for perfection in the line of duty. You may be waiting around for this workaholic while he or she chains him/herself to work situations. They are very concerned about material and financial security so thereby gain through commercial careers, banking, investment and property.

If it’s money you’re after, the practical type may have plenty of it. The tendency to pessimism may make the earthy, practical types seem less approachable than they really are. Loosen them up a little and help them savour the joy of living. Rupert Murdoch will tell you all about this tribe.

You’ll need to be highly self-motivated and independent with the mesomorph. They are always working and involved with some business or other. Ambitions may take a front seat with them, leaving a more dependant personality floundering with frustration. They are rigid and adhere to their goals and ambitions, even at the expense of relationships at times. Don’t push. Become a magnet through your own successes and watch the mesomorph gravitate towards you. They love the company of success. Getting involved or at least interested in this partner’s work and motivations is also another way of bonding and enhancing a relationship with this type.

Face readers say that warmth, sensuality and a demonstrative nature can be seen in the face. Most importantly, look to the eyes. Prominent eyes with bright sparkle or glitter are also preferable to small, squinty or shifty eyes which reveal an introverted and secretive nature. In fact the eyes are the most important feature to observe in your close encounters of the lusty kind.

In your search for that perfect person look for eyes that sit firmly whilst gazing steadily. This reflects a solid and persevering nature and a person of stability and forthright disposition. In contrast, a wandering or shifty eye portends a nature given to unsettled and inconsistent habits. Restlessness will be evident and other features supporting your observation and insight, a tendency to dishonesty and unreliability will be marked in this type. In short, this is a person of meagre commitment.

Unevenly set eyes convey an unique meaning. Firstly, the person is capable of seeing things from a different perspective and applying lateral thought processes to resolving problems. These people will analyse your comments and observations with a “left – of – field ” mentality. Often you will be amazed at the impromptu insights that they offer. If you are looking for someone with a flair for shifting paradigms – then here’s your man ( or woman – whichever the case may be ). These people become invaluable assets to a company looking for ingenuity in it’s approach.

If the eyes slant upwards the person is an opportunist – more so if the brows also slant in that direction ( cats eyes look ). Many models like Elle McPherson and Claudia Schiffer possess these eyes. They know how to get what they want. If the opposite ie slanting downwards, the person may be a little self-deprecating and at the mercy of others, never being able to say no.

Princess Dianna and Michael Jackson share a feature of the eyes. They possess floating irises. The whites are visible under the eyes. This indicates an inner turbulence – person at odds with the world. Though spiritual in nature, they are hard to please or understand and have very high expectations of others. Martin Luther King and Abraham Lincoln also shared these traits.

The whites visible above the irises may indicate some dangerous elements within the personality. The temper may be latent in this type and the nature very forceful. Take a step or two backwards from this person first. Charles Manson exhibited these eyes. Chinese face readers call them wolves eyes.

Also be watchful of people who look drunk even when they haven’t had a single beer. Their eyelids sit very heavily over the eyes. ( And don’t forget – don’t jump to conclusions. They may have had a hard day at the office ) but if the mouth is excessively thick and slightly opened then you have an very highly sexed individual.

Look at how close or widest the eyes are. Ideally, there should be at least one eye width between both eyes. This being the case, you can assume your subject has a balanced judgement and clear view of the world. The closer set the eyes the narrower the opinion and view of the world at large. It may also reflect an overdependence on parental and family structures. These people may need a nudge to develop their own independent lifestyles. Their willpower should be strengthened in the search for their own self-assurance. Youngsters or students displaying eyes of this type certainly need continual encouragement to grow in self-confidence. You will find these types possess little forbearance and tolerance and may crack under trivial matters being blown out of all proportion.

In contrast, the wide set eyed character is far more tolerant and broadminded in perspective. People of this class may present a flagrant disregard for authority and advice. A delicate blend of firmness and love will iron out the initial stresses between you and this type. Offer them alternative choice pathways in their path for the best results. In respect of career choices, these types need room to breathe. Give them plenty of space to explore their creative potential.

Deepest eyes betoken an intense, possessive, yet observant nature. When you look into the deepset eyed person you can be sure that the mind motivating them is idealistic and inspirational. Often writers and creatively driven personalities possess deep-set eyes. They are romantic to the core. You only have to look at Omar Shariff’s or Val Kilmer’s eyes to see the passion and romance oozing out of them. This idealism is tempered after the age of 35 and surprisingly, reveals a more than capable ability in finacial matters. They are of sound judgement, compassionate and serious minded. A philosopher’s face may often also display a deep-set “soul window”. You will need to carefully analyse and balance the other facial features to see whether this type is scattered and impractical. The square or round chin will anchor this type to a more empirical lifestyle.

Besides, a roving and unsteady eye, one incapable of looking at you directly, is an attempt to mask inner intentions. Sometimes though, the shy and discouraged will also reflect a similar eye. The look in these cases is an important factor in discriminating between one or the other.

Through practice the “look” can be ascertained quite easily and can reveal amazingly accurate character snapshots of your subjects.

What does the look entail? Some looks are cold, others endearing, angry, weak or strong. It is the look which overides an otherwise attractive face. Soft, enticing features will be neutralised by a stern and unfeeling eye or a look which is hard and cruel. Always balance your judgement of character by the look in those eyes that present themselves before you.

Be watchful of people who look drunk even when they haven’t had a single beer. Their eyelids sit very heavily over the eyes. ( And remember, don’t jump to conclusions. They may have had a hard day at the office ). A sleepy or drunken look is one that is seen in both men and women. It offers a preview of a personality given to excessive sexual desire, more so if the mouth is excessively thick and slightly opened. Here is a libidinous nature, but one which may be lazy too. Periods of misfortune and despondency are also revealed in this look. Unless you prefer a casual and uncommitted relationship with lots of libidinous activity…next please.

Cold and unflinching eyes with small pupils and sharp eye light may appear cruel. If other features such as a pointed and downward turning nose, sharp angular shaped face and tightly pursed thin lips appear in concert with these eyes, be certain that the individual is indeed cruel – both mentally and even perhaps physically.

The “look” of the eye and its internal expression is something that cannot be taught in words but doesn’t necessarily require years of experience to learn. In fact we more or less instinctively do it when we meet people in varying social or business situations.

The colour of the iris is also an important determinant in your appraisal of character. A deep blue color means that you are in the company of a highly sexed yet gentle and sensitive being. You may have to bridle your passion a while till you delve a little deeper. Light blue eyes suppose an individual who is likely to enjoy flirting with the opposite sex. Are you are a possessive type? Hmmm….then you may prefer a little less involvement with this one.

Deep green eyes are not only highly sexed like their blue eyed cousins but very inventive too – both in practical affairs and matters of the bedroom! You will need a lot of time to understand the spontaneous and sometimes wilful mind of a green eyed person. Men and women of genius often possess this colored eye. You’ll need to sharpen your intellectual skills with these green eyed mind monsters!

Grey eyes reveal a high degree of intelligence and imagination but the sexual passion may be less pronounced in this type as the reasoning may subdue the erotic side of their nature. They are a refined class of people with a fastidious streak.

Black eyes are very rare and when encountered are extremely striking. They are somewhat strong natured individuals and don’t always present their case with what you’d call, finesse. You’d need to toughen up your skin to live or work with a black eyed character. A tumultuous road lay ahead if you opt for a life of black eyed…( fun??.)

The mouth is related to communication, speech and sensual appetites like eating and sex. The lips relate to our ability to nurture others in loving relationships. If the upper lip is considerably thinner than the lower lip, it reveals an inability to reciprocate in relationships. Conversely, a thinner lower lip indicates an overly giving nature.

Lips which are full, round and even convey to you that the person is caring and sensitive. The upper and lower lips in equal distribution reveal a sensual and communicative personality.

If the lips are large it means an expensive and somewhat luxurious taste. But and expressive and generous temperament nonetheless. Often the large mouthed person can be very vocal under pressure, needing to verbalise, sometimes excessively their dissatisfaction and frustration.

Small lips which are also tightly closed indicate a self-centred and mean character. The downward curvature of the lips is an omen pointing to discontent in most matters. You may find it hard to please these types irrespective of what you do or say. Look for upward curved lips which indicate the opposite – someone cordial and optimistic with a sunny disposition.

Narrow lips reveal an unemotional character who lives more or less an internalised life, never able to enjoy the pleasure of sharing intimate feelings.

The groove on the upper lip, below the nose is worth mentioning. It is called the philtrum. If it is clearly marked, deep and long, it augurs well for a strong and healthy sexual appetite. It also has a bearing on the energy levels in general. Flat, weak and unpronounced philtrums are a mark of wanting in life force and drive.

People who are cordial and social with high personal standards usually have strong and fleshy noses. The size of a man’s nose and a woman’s mouth are supposed to be indicators of the size of their…. Well I think you get the picture. Unfortunately it’s not exactly a savoury intro’ asking newly made acquaintances to drop their most personal under attire to verify such researches. The face readers of yore obviously had an interesting time of it and if their accuracy in other areas of life is anything to go by, then maybe, just maybe there’s some validity to the size of the genitalia as well.

The nose is also a wealth indicator and so if you really want someone with dollars then the nose says it all. Aquiline noses reflect strength and business acumen – especially if the nostrils aren’t visible. Thin downward pointing noses indicate a tough cookie, possibly an individual with control issues, especially if the lips are thin as well. This is the commander in chief of your life from here on.

Characteristics like honesty, intelligence and reliability are major attributes that we all seek in business or romantic partnerships. It’s one thing looking for those characteristics in others, but finding them is not always an easy thing. A person who seemingly appears reliable at first may soon exhibit quite the opposite personality traits. How could you have known at the outset? Face reading will immediately offer you valuable information about a would be romantic partner or business associate. You can begin practicing face reading by observing friends, family members and work colleagues. Naturally, very few people fall into “pure” type categories, but more often than not, the predominant shape will be recognisable. Don’t be too hasty in your appraisal and above all, trust your intuition.

And now, before they’ve even told you their star sign you’ve sown ‘em up..….

Lost on Planet Earth

default_banner_astrolog

Have you ever lost on Planet Earth?

The Earth is spinning around our Sun at a phenomenal speed. 1467 miles per second to be precise. No wonder most of us are so dizzy and can’t figure out our lives, let alone feel happy about it! Actually, this is not the reason you or I am dizzy at all. You know that, but along with all our challenging life experiences, conditioning and other cultural and social factors we get confused and disillusioned about life. Somehow we find ourselves in a rut and can’t figure out a solution.

We all like to feel as if we have free will and that destiny is something we can engineer for ourselves. Your own experience however proves that this is not the case and that finding happiness is not as easy as you think. If you were to look at your desires, your plans and diary over the past 20 years and honestly ask yourself whether you have arrived at the place you desired to be in your life, would you say “yes this is precisely what I wanted from life and I am exactly where I want to be”? Most likely not! The good news is that there are simple and proven methods for curing your life confusion.

Many years ago when I was growing up used to recall my relatives and family members talking about how fast time was moving. I often heard them complain “Oh dear, doesn’t time fly”. Well now that I’m grown up everyone still says the same thing. Life is too hectic, time seems to be in short supply and age is not only creeping up on us but racing madly towards us like a Mack truck and there’s nothing we can do about it.

This lack of time is one of the major contributing factors to the amount of confusion in our lives. If only we had more time to sit down and work through these issues we might get somewhere and be able to redefine ourselves. If you’re an average person on this spinning planet, life can be puzzling and time is indeed difficult to manage. Later on in the book we will look at ways of handling time more effectively and rather than fighting the fact that we are getting older, more quickly, let’s discuss positive methods of diving into the slipstream of time, moving into the zone and flowing with life rather than beating your head against the brick wall of resistance and inevitability.

It’s amazing the number of people who seem to be ‘lost’ in life. Many seem to think that think being born is an accident and that the stork randomly dropped them off at a location where their parents happened to be at that very moment. Not so!! This is what you might call the ‘No co-incidences department upstairs’ or as Eastern philosophers say – Life’s Merry Go Round of Karma. We’re all here for a reason but is it your experience like most others that you haven’t got a clue why you’re here and what you’re supposed to be doing? And if you are one of the “lucky” people seem to wake up day after day with a smile on their face ready to enjoy their lives because they intuitively understand what they have why would you even be reading this book?

Generally, most of us routinely get up and live the same old same old without any meaningful understanding. Now that is going to stop. Now, you’re ready to really engage with your true purpose and actively seek an understanding of why you are here and what your talents are. You can and will begin to appreciate yourself and fall in love with your life. This will lead to you to a destiny that is in keeping with your true personality and God-given gifts. It’s not hard. You just have to know how to do this. Once you’ve been shown how the process is fun and unfailing. That’s right, it cannot fail!

Most of us live reactively rather than proactively in seeking some worthwhile goal. Running here, there and everywhere becomes a tedious mind numbing routine without any end in sight. Paying bills, meeting family and professional obligations, trying to squeeze in a sliver of pleasure when and where possible is all part of this endless wheel of karma.

Seeking pleasure and avoiding pain is the dual principle of existence. This has also been echoed in all of the major religions. And overindulgence, trying to numb the pain of Monday to Friday robotic lifestyles only creates further frustration and eventually disease. “Dizziness” becomes the norm as our world spins on its axis and human life follows this non-stop path of happiness versus sorrow.

We seek advice and wisdom through psychiatrists, psychologists, astrologers, soothsayers and gurus. We consult well-informed friends who tell us they will show us a technique for stepping off this merry-go-round. Usually, they are just as confused and dizzy as us. Perhaps they have taken up their professions to solve their own problems and don’t really know how to help us. There must be some way to stop all this. And there is.

Actually, before we go any further please, would you mind stepping off the wheel for just one moment? I’m getting dizzy myself watching you go round and round! Before you do anything else, prior to taking another step, wouldn’t it be a good idea to take a minute to step off the wheel, sit down, take a deep breath and quietly re-evaluate who you are, what you truly want and where you’re going?

The job you perform, your friends, your lover or spouse, and even you yourself need to be carefully analysed, honestly, even brutally so, to see whether or not they are in keeping with your true inner needs and life path. The destination of your life should never be an accident. In fact, it isn’t, it’s just that you haven’t acquainted yourself with YOU and the fact that most of your life doesn’t reflect who you are. How can you be in love with a life that is devoid of passion and connectedness to your spirit and your heart’s deeper desires?

Before you embark on any journey whether it be a car, rail or plane trip, don’t you establish first where you’re going? Life is no less a journey and also requires you to figure out where you’ll finally end up. As with most people, you are already on some plane or train travelling to some destination. Is this a mystery trip or what? If possible, get off at the first possible stop and reorient yourself. This is what you must do in the first stage of falling in love with your life. The first two most important actions for a passionate and fulfilling existence are-

1.  Consider who and where you are. If you’re happy with who you are and where you’re headed keep going

2.  If this is not the direction you feel will ultimately lead you to the goal you cherish, stop. Get off the spinning wheel and re-evaluate your life.

Once you stop seeing stars and your head and the world stop spinning from “life vertigo” as I call it, for even just a moment, you will finally be able to collect your thoughts and systematically begin planning your new destiny. This is the only way you can create a life which you are worthy of. Now, stop complaining and let’s get to work. You have a date with your destiny and it’s time to rediscover the magic of being alive and feeling true love. – Dadhichi Toth

Saturn and Resistence

Learn more about Saturn and Resistence…

SaturnActually, when you look at it, most of our problems, the difficulties and the hardships that we confront in life are to a large extent caused by one thing – and that is resistance. The resistance to what is. It seems to be at the heart of our problems, most of our difficulties and as the Buddha said “our suffering”.

Resistance?  What exactly is that resistance? Saturn is the planet that relates to our resistance, our tests, our challenges, our obstacles and whichever part of the zodiac Saturn is found is at the time of our birth points specifically those areas in life which we tend to resist. These are the  areas in which we need to let go, to flow. As an example, I had some surgery done just two or three weeks ago and it has been very painful and the dentist is still concerned as to why I still have pain, so for me, in this immediate moment dealing with pain; just getting into the moment by moment experience of that pain and not really resisting it, just letting it be, is the focus. I am exploring where it arises and observing also how that resistance to what we call pain is really what makes the pain a lot worse than what it actually is; and that goes for emotional pain, the pain of relationships, and any pain for that matter.

So today’s insight, if you want to call it that, or today’s meditation for you is basically non-resistance. Don’t resist this moment; simply get into this moment, savour this moment. What do I mean by that? Not thinking about the last moment, or the next, and just resting here and now. Try it. If it’s difficult, use your breath to help relax and flow with this moment. That way you can transcend the limitations of the planet Saturn, that energy which is challenging you.

I remember, it must have been 1999, my third trip to India and I met a wonderful Astrologer guru by the name of Agni Sharma and he spoke to me of Saturn. He had an interesting twist, an insight into Saturn’s function. He said something to the affect that where Saturn tempts you, where it challenges you, if you can overcome that temptation, or resistance, Saturn will no longer hinder but will bless and serve you in an incredibly mysterious way.

So give it a go and simply sit, just now, stop everything for a minute, close your eyes and experience this moment, not with your head but with your heart. Feel the air, your posture, your breath, the sensations, even the thoughts (you can still feel them, you can observe them), just allow everything to just be as it is for a moment and tap into that inner space of your Self – that space of peace where you no longer resist. Just really relax and enjoy your life. Don’t resist!

Good versus bad planets

default_banner_astrolog

ASTRO-EYEI was thinking about western astrologers having this rather generalized view of good planets and bad planets. We hear about Jupiter being the magnificent benefactor that’s going to bless each and every one of us when it happens to be in a certain position in the heavens; whereas, poor old Saturn has been relegated to that status of hard task master who only does bad – particularly on that 30 year Saturn return.

Well you know what, that is a whole lot of B.S. and actually if you study these planets based upon thousands and thousands of horoscopes you start to realise that depending on the moment that you are born, each planet can actually assume a different role; either for good or for bad.

Let’s take for example the rising sign, a person born with Leo – Leo rising on the eastern horizon. Now, in this particular instance, the planet Saturn will have jurisdiction over the sixth space or house of Capricorn and the seventh space or house of Aquarius. In this case, the rule of Saturn over the sixth house is certainly not good for a Leo’s health but it may in fact give some benefits for relationships and marriage. So therefore in that case, we can say that Saturn is certainly not a good planet for those born under Leo.

Let’s say a person born under a rising sign of Taurus – with Saturn ruling the ninth house of Capricorn and the tenth house or space of Aquarius. Now these two houses of the horoscope are supposedly two most wonderful directions of the zodiac for Taurus and Saturn assumes a dual rulership over these two parts of the heavens, meaning that for Taurus born, Saturn is an excellent planet and certainly won’t do near the harm that we would expect from someone born under Leo. So that is the sort of thing I am talking about here, we can’t automatically assume that a planet is going to be either good or bad.

Again, using the example of Taurus, Jupiter in this particular instance assumes a very prolific role in its jurisdiction over the eighth and eleventh places because, according to Vedic astrology, the eighth house is the stronger house of Jupiter ruling Sagittarius; that planet will actually give mostly the results of that really difficult area of the zodiac.

I just had to get that off my chest because we really can’t generalise in these sorts of areas which is why it is so important to really prepare the horoscope from the specific time of birth so that we can establish which of those directions is really working for you and which isn’t. Once we establish that we can then look at other fairly interesting astrological criteria to determine the remedies that can help neutralise that – but that is a topic for another session.
